It is highly recommended that you ship your return via UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx or a similar carrier that offers tracking and insurance. Please take care in packaging your product so it doesn't get damaged in transit.

For returns to be accepted all returned sprays must be sent back in new condition.

Refunds:
Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days of the receipt of your return. Shipping will only be refunded if your product is damaged or your return is a result of our mistake.

Damaged Products:
Any damaged product can be returned within 15 days of the receipt of your purchase. All damaged products will be replaced NOT refunded. Before sending in damaged products, you must contact us at Customer Care:

Shipping rates are real-time quotes. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your products have been shipped out.

Backorders

Some products may have to be back ordered. If that is the case, we will ship your order out as soon as the back order comes into our warehouse. Back orders usually come into our warehouse within 7 to 15 business days of your order, however we cannot guarantee this.

If you need this spray sooner, or want to make sure that it will not have to be back ordered, then please contact us before purchasing. After the item is purchased we cannot make any special arrangements.

What types of Cameras do PhotoBlocker Spray Defeat?
PhotoBlocker Spray is designed to protect you from unjust tickets issued by most types of red light, speed and photo radar cameras.

Is this product legal?
The laws in most countries require your license plate only be legible to the naked eye. PhotoBlocker™ Spray is a high gloss, clear reflective spray that is undetectable. It causes neither distortion nor obstruction to your license plate’s view. YOUR LICENSE PLATE WILL BE VISIBLE TO THE NAKED EYE.

Can they enhance the photo to read my plate number after it is overexposed due to PhotoBlocker?
The answer is NO. If the positive image is illegible, the negative image will be    EQUALLY illegible. Merely looking at the negative image cannot improve the legibility of a license plate. If you can't see the faint dark letters in the positive image, then you won't see them any clearer as faint white letters in the negative, or vice-versa. There are certainly ways to enhance the contrast to try to amplify and clarify subtle gradations, but they have nothing at all to do with checking the negatives. Additionally, if they tamper with the picture, the evidence is not admissible in a court of law.

How many plates can I do with one can of PhotoBlocker Spray can?
One spray will cover 3-4 us/Canadian size plates and 2-3 European size number plates.

How many coats should I apply?
The thicker the coating the better the result. At a minimum 3-4 coats.
